Human Resource Surveys, Tests, Assessments increase your confidence in organizational decisions.Founded in 1987, Performance Programs is a group of industrial psychologists and experienced survey professionals who provide individual and organizational assessments. Organizations and human resource consultants use our assessments to select, train and promote employees. They also use our standard and custom employee surveys, along with our extensive norm database, to understand employee engagement, commitment and morale.

We are experts in questionnaire and report design, survey administration, report preparation and interpretation. Since 1987, we've worked with hundreds of organizations worldwide to achieve reliable, valid, actionable survey results.
